How do you care for the whole employee?
We know that employees? personal lives don't stop when they come to work. Learn how one program, GrOW, is helping companies care for the whole employee.
The Greater Omaha Worklab (GrOW) helps vulnerable employees stay and thrive in the workplace through on-site personal coaching and resource navigation. Join this luncheon and hear from business leaders who have partnered with GrOW to ethically help employees clear outside-of-workplace barriers resulting in more engaged and productive team members. GroW is a program within the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and is part of a novel endeavor to help employers across the U.S. collaborate with their local communities to invest in their workforces, resulting in stronger businesses and inclusive economic growth.
*Please note that this is not a Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce program, but GrOW is a program that we support and want our members to become educated about and the solutions they offer.
