Child Care Collaborative

Description

Please join the Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce as we partner with the Iowa Women's Foundation to create a new Childcare Collaborative. Our goal is to address issues facing childcare in our community.  We will dig into six challenge areas and decide which ones can we start to generate solutions for as a collaborative. 

1. Building & Expanding
2. Childcare Entrepreneurs
3. Business & Child Care
4. Community Colleges and Child Care employees
5. Before & After School programs
6. Childcare for 2nd & 3rd shift workers

Please note, that we want members to join our collaborative that are ready and have the time to roll up their sleeves and start working with a team of community leaders working to resolve some of the barriers of childcare.
