This course offers a clear understanding of influence as it relates to leading others. Participants move through the varying levels of leadership, gaining an understanding that personal influence comes from different places based on what level of leadership you exist.
- Level One: Your influence comes from your position
- Level Two: Your influence comes from your relationships
- Level Three: Your influence comes from what you have done for the organization
- Level Four: Your influence comes from what you have done for others
- Level Five: Your influence comes from what you represent
