Join the Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce and the CB Ambassadors at the ribbon cutting to dedicate a pavilion at Kimball Park in memory of Gerald C Dixon. Dixon passed away in 1969 in a boiler room accident at Gunn School. Dedication is hosted by the Pottawattamie County Community Foundation.
