Join the Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce and CB Ambassadors to celebrate the ribbon cutting for the new Resource Center located in the Sequels Thrift Store.
There will be an open house with refreshments/appetizers from 4:30-6:00 pm with the ribbon cutting taking place at 4:30pm.
