About the Event
Join Kate Jobe & Ilona Holland for a symbolic celebration of the Spring Equinox. In this time - fertile with change, emergent growth, and rebirth - we awaken from winter, clearing away what is no longer needed to make room for dynamic new growth. This time of balance and wholeness brings new light, and aligns with the new astrological year and new beginnings.

During this dynamic workshop, we will experience movement, aromatherapy and the application of heated stones as we prepare to be led by Kate into a shamanic journey to receive spiritual guidance and further assist our symbolic transition from hibernation into light.

In a free flowing way we will then draw, color, create, sing and journal our path forward into Spring, selecting the energetic seeds of dynamic new growth in various dimensions of our lives.

More about Shamanic Journeying
Shamanic Journeying is a timeless and sacred form of active meditation that uses sound such as drumming, rattles, bells or chanting to help reach a deep meditative state. The journeying process assists the student to access inner wisdom, helping them to perceive the realm of the psyche and gain deeper insight into themselves and the world around them.

Wear cozy, comfy clothing. Bring flowers or plant offerings, trinkets, gemstones, sage and/or items that symbolize growth.
