The CB Chamber invites you to a facilitated conversation to help inform the messages, tools, trainings, or resources that Children's Coordinating Council - a Promise Partner program, develops for businesses to support the well-being of staff and foster an engaged workforce. Your feedback will not be shared publicly and will be combined with other responses to analyze. Your thoughts will be valuable as we strive to support businesses like yours and improve the health of our community. 

The pandemic has put us all under extreme stress. As business leaders, you may be thinking about—even seeing firsthand—how this stress impacts the mental health and well-being of your managers and employees. The Children's Coordinating Council focuses on strengthening family well-being and there's no better time to work together to heal and build a resilient Pottawattamie County.
